We size every sump pump to your basin, discharge distance, and Eaton, OH water table, not a generic off-the-shelf number.
Eaton, OH water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
We check discharge line routing and check valve placement as part of every install, not just the pump itself.
A failed sump pump during active weather gets priority dispatch across our Eaton, OH coverage area.
Battery backup add-ons are priced separately and clearly, so you can decide what fits your budget.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.
Every Eaton, OH Sump Pump Installation job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We install submersible pumps rated for continuous duty, not the lighter-duty units sold for occasional use.
A battery backup pump kicks in automatically if the power goes out during a storm — exactly when you need it most.
This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.
We also inspect discharge line routing to make sure water is actually getting away from the foundation, not just to the yard next to it.
Basin lids are sealed to reduce basement humidity and keep debris out of the pump mechanism.
Tell us your pump's age, symptoms, and whether it failed or you're installing new — that shapes what we bring on the visit.
A technician checks basin size, current pump condition, and how fast water is actually entering the basin during testing.
You'll see the recommended pump horsepower, basin size, and any backup options broken out with pricing.
We test the new pump under load, including a simulated power outage if a backup system is installed, before we leave.

If the pump runs constantly or your basin overflows during heavy rain, it's likely undersized for your actual inflow rate.
If you've had a power outage during a storm before, or your basement has flooded from pump failure, a backup system is worth the investment.
We can test an existing pump's condition during an inspection rather than assuming it needs replacement.
If a specialty basin or pump size is needed, we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
A primary pump runs on household power and handles day-to-day drainage; a backup pump activates during a power outage or primary pump failure.
